Ringley takes contractor management seriously and its not an easy job! We
have to verify contractor's insurances, policies, gas and electrical
certificates and all these expire at different times through the year.

Our clients do not pay us to do all this work. The contractors that want to
work with Ringley clients pay a small charge for setting and approval. In
return, we give them the opportunity to do private work for property owners.

Ringley does not control or warrant private work these contractors undertake.
You should make your own enquiries and satisfy yourself as to any work done.
