There are 3 ways you can pay your service charges

  1. by cheque (no admin fees)
  2. by credit card on-line or by phone 0207 428 1986
  3. by direct debit, after having cleared all arrears (no admin fees)

Paying by credit card incurs card charges and extra reconciliation work. Charges cannot be deducted from your payment as it would be unreasonable to expect your neighbour who pays by cheque or direct debit to pay for this additional work.

Credit card charges are ~25% cheaper if you pay on line.
